When you feel depressed and as though all hope is lost, when you struggle to overcome challenges with addiction, anxiety, abuse, or need to find your identity, I am here to offer support during these difficult times so you do not have to face them alone. Together, we will work to provide the guidance necessary to help you overcome these and any other challenges that may arise. I create a therapeutic atmosphere free of judgment and with the utmost respect for your privacy. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and a strengths-based perspective, helping clients recognize what makes them unique and encouraging belief in their inner strengths. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively on your journey. No matter how difficult your situation or how dark the moment may seem, please remember there is always hope. Together, we can find the path to feeling and believing in hope once more.
