My purpose as a clinician is to create a space where clients can take a deep breath, feel safe, and begin rebuilding from within one step at a time. As an Army veteran, I value resilience, connection, and the courage it takes to ask for support. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, identity concerns, relationship challenges, or emotional burnout. My style is warm, down-to-earth, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy does not have to feel intimidating. It can be a place to unpack what feels heavy, discover your strengths, and learn practical tools that support healing and growth. I earned my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Outside of counseling, I enjoy creativity, advocacy, family, and community connection. My hope is to walk alongside clients through their healing journey while helping them feel encouraged, empowered, and reminded that healing is possible."
