What should a new client know about working with you?

The first session is a time to get to know each other and focus on what feels most important to you. We’ll discuss current stressors, life transitions, and your goals for therapy. I’ll help you identify practical coping strategies and areas for growth, while creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to feel grounded and empowered.
