About Me Committed to helping others Hello! My name is Rose Jimenez-Jones (my pronouns are she/her/hers), and I identify as a proud Mexican-American, cis-gender woman, heterosexual, and a fierce advocate for those within the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I have over 12 years of experience working in the mental health field. As a counselor, I strive to create a safe and collaborative space for Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+ communities, and those with multiple marginalized identities who have been historically disenfranchised. Intersectionality is real. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and my M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have spent the majority of my clinical experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.
