What should a new client know about working with you?

New beginnings can feel both exciting and uncertain, but they also bring the opportunity for growth and positive change. As you begin this process of self-discovery, my role is to provide a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued and understood. My approach combines psychodynamic exploration with practical CBT tools and a client centered focus, helping individuals to gain insight, break unhelpful patterns and uncover strengths from within. My prior experience in substance use and codependent relationships has informed my practice with clients and helped further develop my skills.
