Getting to know Rosemary Ramsey

I have extensive experience working with anxiety and depression utilizing CBT to provide the client with skills and tools for reframing thoughts with rational thoughts. Meeting the client in the here and now as well as talking about your emotions and how they are involved in your struggles with your life. I am also trained in EMDR for trauma and helping the client adapt to and process traumatic experiences.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My speciialties are CBT and EMDR Trauma work as well as working with grief, personal growth development, and grief. My training for EMDR was with Dr.Rick Levinson who trained with Dr.Florence Shapiro who was developer of EMDR. I have over 30 years experience as a psychotherapist. I have trained at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia, learning skills from Dr.Judith, daughter of Dr Aaron Beck and Dr.Beck himself.
