Rosetta Delancy LMSW,CAMSII, has been with MHCS since 2017. She earned her Bachelors in Human Services Administration with a concentration in Case Management and then decided to work towards a Masters in Social Work as well. She became a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in 2019 and became a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMSII) in 2019.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our clinical services begin with completing a comprehensive diagnostic assessment to identify the symptoms and issues that prompted the individual to seek counseling. The goals of treatment are then developed with the individual and become the focus of the counseling from that point forward. The length of the treatment is determined by the nature of the diagnosis and degree of interference the symptoms and/or issues are having in the individual's daily life. Each clinician establishes a clinical partnership, while recognizing the individual's right for self-determination. Engagement and the building of a therapeutic relationship are of central importance in the delivery of mental health services.
