What should a new client know about working with you?

When you begin therapy with me, you can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative experience. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. My approach is integrative and personalized. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we will explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting your life, relationships, and overall well-being. I believe therapy is a journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. I will offer compassion, insight, and guidance while honoring your pace and your individual story. We will work together to identify strengths, develop practical tools, and create meaningful pathways toward resilience, connection, and inner peace. Whether you are seeking support with trauma, relationships, sexual challenges, life transitions, or emotional stress, my goal is to provide a compassionate environment where you feel understood, empowered, and supported in creating lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with creating a safe, welcoming space where we can get to know one another and understand what brings you to therapy. During our initial sessions, we will explore your history, current challenges, strengths, goals, and the patterns that may be affecting your emotional well-being, relationships, and quality of life. Each session is a collaborative conversation guided by your needs and goals. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you gain insight into your experiences while developing practical tools for healing and growth. Depending on your goals, we may focus on processing past experiences, improving relationships, managing stress, building resilience, or creating meaningful changes in your life. As an integrative therapist, I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches and tailor the process to each individual. When appropriate, I incorporate EMDR and other evidence-based methods to help clients process painful experiences, reduce emotional distress, and create healthier emotional patterns. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. My goal is to work at a pace that feels supportive while helping you move toward greater understanding, healing, connection, and lasting change.
