I am a NYS licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of professional experiences. I received both my BSW and MSW from Syracuse University. I work with people with a history of trauma, depression, anxiety and the negative impact of systemic racism, economic/ social/ gender and gender identity oppression. I rely on a humanistic and strengths-based approach to therapy. I consider my approach to therapy as being eclectic. I utilize a variety of treatments such as psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, EFT (tapping), cognitive and dialectical behavioral and EMDR therapies when working with clients.
