All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Florida and Rhode Island. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. My experience includes working with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and end-of-life issues. I have worked with clients in various settings such as homes, schools, clinics, and agencies. I utilize multiple modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I enjoy working with diverse populations and providing client-centered therapeutic services.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
