I have experience helping adults with anxiety, depression, anger and other life stressors; navigate through the "rough" times and hopefully come out stronger and more resilient. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help my clients unravel, uncover and work towards understanding how they process and react to life's struggles.
