My name is Rowan, and I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with the results of loss, major change, and experiences that are distressing or traumatic, and it’s normal for my clients to feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward when they first come to me.
Through my unique approach, I help clients get to their unique goals, which often involve things like improved coping with grief, navigating and improving relationships, self-worth, and letting go of stress and anxiety. My approach is rooted in empathy, mindful attention, connection, and lots of experience and training.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $50 for 70 minutes
Ongoing session: $138 for 50 minutes
- Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
- Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
