After you book an appointment, a representative will call you to get your card information and confirm your appointment details. * I primarily work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and distress in relationships (whether that is partners, family, or friends). My clients are mostly young adults or older, although I am happy to work with younger children in the context of family therapy. Additionally, specialize in working with those in the LGBTQ+, Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM), sex worker, and Kink communities. I use a systemic, Solution-Focused approach, allowing you and your goals to guide our sessions. Additionally, I will assist you in identifying strengths and resources that you already have in your life that can be used to move you closer to those goals. I am also trained in EMDR, and can work with you on reprocessing distressing experiences in your life. If you are struggling with your mood, intrusive thoughts, gender or sexual identity, or just want to work on your communication and understanding within your relationships, I would love to hear from you
