Love Roxanne ! just my second appointment and she’s just so kind , love her !
My wife and I got there 15 minutes early and no one ever came out to greet us. After 1 hour we left. We knocked on the door trying to get anyone's attention, but no one responded. I answered every text message to confirm appointment as well. My wife and I are not sure what happened as there was no one present at the front office.
