Getting to know Rozette Pegues
I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, depression, and life phase transitions. When working with children, I focus on helping them and their caregivers learn to recognize and cope with their emotions, communicate their needs, and improve their problem-solving skills. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children in various settings, including hospitals and community clinics. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas and have been independently licensed and providing therapy since 2017. It has been a great pleasure to join my clients in their healing process, and I look forward to being a part of yours as well!
What should a new client know about working with you?
As an experienced licensed professional counselor (LPC), my goal is to help you overcome challenges and improve your well-being. In our sessions, you'll find a safe space to express yourself. I'll actively listen and compassionately challenge you to examine your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You'll gain relief, self-awareness, improved coping skills, empowerment, and personal growth.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits
