I provide trauma-informed, integrative therapy that is supportive, collaborative, and grounded. In sessions, I help clients recognize patterns in their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors, while supporting them in processing difficult experiences and strengthening their capacity to navigate them. My work bridges present-focused coping with deeper exploration of lived experiences, helping clients understand how past experiences, attachment patterns, and relational dynamics shape how they see themselves and respond to life. I also incorporate grounding, reflective work, and structured processing to support emotional regulation, deeper self-understanding, and internal stability. I bring an active and engaged presence to therapy, balancing emotional processing with practical support that helps clients move from insight into meaningful change.
