I’m here for young people who feel like they don’t quite fit the mold-those who feel judged, overwhelmed or just stuck. Whether you’re kid is trying to make of big emotions, a teen navigating pressure, anxiety, trauma, or a young adult exploring identity, relationships, or life transitions. Together, we explore not just what’s hard- but also what’s strong. We get curious about patterns, pain and power. We make space for the full range of emotional experiences- without judgement, without pressure to be anything other than exactly who you are in the moment.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I tailor every session to your needs and your story, using proven therapeutic tools while always staying grounded in respect for your unique background, identity, and voice. Clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and like they can be their full selves with me.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy doesn’t have to feel scary or clinical- it can be real, collaborative, even lighthearted at times. If you or your child are looking for support from someone who truly gets how hard it can be to feel different, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. To better accommodate busy school and work schedules, I offer evening and weekend appointments.
