I am a clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience working with individuals and young adults to help address issues of depression, anxiety, and substance use and abuse. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Medical Social Work from Fordham University. I work with individuals to help meet their goals in therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is based on what individuals need to create to develop a healthier life. I believe we are all on a journey here in our lives and at times we meet roadblocks on our journey. I will work with you to look at those roadblocks, help decide what to do with them so you can continue on your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals to help them decide what they would like see change in their lives. My practice is DBT informed, CBT focused using Motivational Interview techniques to help make changes to improve outcomes.
