What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy involves identifying problem areas and patterns that are causing you distress, exploring the sources of these issues, and collaborating to find ways to enact positive change. Through our therapeutic relationship, I will help you develop a deeper understanding of your individual 'story' so that you can know yourself better. My goal is to empower you to begin the process of healing and ultimately live a holistic, fulfilling life. Through our work together, I aim to help you reach your fullest potential and find your unique purpose. In our first session, we will begin exploring your background, including your upbringing and childhood experiences. This will help lay the foundation for our therapeutic work together. I will also take time to understand your current challenges and goals for therapy. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to share openly.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize in helping individuals from all walks of life, including entertainment industry professionals, athletes, and students. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, life transitions, or other challenges, I am here to support you. You can expect me to communicate in a collaborative and supportive manner. I aim to create a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring your emotions, feelings, experiences, and goals. Together, we will work to help you find your unique voice and path forward.
