I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2013. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time providing outpatient therapy. My approach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, addictions, and various other mental health challenges. I was trained at the master's level in the use of the CBT modality and have 3 years of experience applying this approach to help clients achieve lasting results.
