Getting to know Ryan Engar

The first thing I want you to know about me is that I truly love my job and my life. I have a blended family as well as two dogs and a cat. I love to spend time near water and play golf in my bare feet. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 14 years and hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Utah. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I would describe myself as an intuitive therapist and spiritual coach. I specialize in self-love and acceptance in an effort to address depression, anxiety, and personal relationships. I believe we are energetic and spiritual beings by nature, so waking up our sleeping spirit within and building familiarity with it acts like a personal, unique, and wise guide through life. This process opens our eyes to the role we play in the symphony of life and how essential it is to the wellness of all. After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session. Once you complete registration, you'll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video.
