I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Temple University, and I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a neurodiverse-affirming therapist who enjoys collaborating with clients to promote positive introspection, identify harmful patterns of thought and behavior, and establish healthy coping strategies. I offer many modalities to serve diverse needs, including CBT, ACT, ERP and psychodynamic.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want to walk along side you in your journey of self-compassion. If you suffer from anxiety, rumination, inner criticism or low self-worth, I’m eager to help you unburden your life.
