Ryan Rollins, MSW

Psychotherapist
MI
I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, family conflict, and life transitions while building resilience and self-confidence. Together, we work toward creating meaningful change and a greater sense of balance. My approach My approach is client-centered, integrative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw on evidence-based practices such as CBT, psychodynamic exploration, mindfulness, and parts work, as well as trauma-informed and somatic approaches, to address both immediate symptoms and deeper patterns. I believe therapy should feel safe, validating, and collaborative... a space where clients not only learn practical coping tools but also deepen their self-understanding, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward lasting healing and growth. My focus I work with individuals across the spectrum of functioning — from those who identify as high-achieving and outwardly successful to those who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with daily life. My clients often come to therapy navigating the impact of family trauma, workplace stress, or relational wounds that can show up in subtle and insidious ways across romantic, occupational, or social settings. I also support clients managing ADHD, anxiety, and the weight of chronic stress. My focus is on helping people better understand themselves, break free from cycles that no longer serve them, and develop the skills and resilience needed to move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. My communication style My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I create a space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly while also feeling supported by structure and gentle challenge when needed. I balance empathy and validation with practical feedback, making sure clients leave sessions with both emotional support and tangible tools they can use right away.
