I am an associate marriage and family therapist. Currently in my therapy style, I am humanistic, person-centered, and pursuing EMDR training. I also draw on evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT. I am currently being supervised by a Gestalt therapist.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the intake, it will look like a lot of questions and exploration into current symptoms as well as current issues. In a typical session, we might delve into past trauma, work through emotions relating to current events, or even take a look at your dreams.
