I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike.
My approach to treating OCD is super-creative while remaining evidence-based. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an effective, research-backed strategy. But because every person has a different story, therapy is like a blank canvas we paint together, and every painting ends up different. Our sessions will go at your pace. We can adapt, we can be patient, and we can find a way. I love being able to see my members do things they never thought they could. Beyond OCD, I also specialize in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and body-focused repetitive behaviors.
