What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults from the ages of 5 to 75 years old. I have been practicing for almost 6 years and have loved every moment of working with clients and seeing them grow. I primarily work with clients ages 18 and up who find themselves struggling with anxiety and depression. I use an individualized approach when it comes to therapy as everyone responds differently to treatment. My main approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing; but mainly I am there to focus and support you on whatever life throws your way! You don't have to do it alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For the first session, I know it can be a bit anxiety provoking and that's okay! I always start by asking what it is that is going on in your life and what you are hoping to gain. This is a 100% judgement free zone where my only goal is to help and support you.
