Getting to know Ryckel Franklin

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults from the ages of 5 to 80 years old. I have been practicing for almost 6 years and have loved every moment of working with clients and seeing them grow. I primarily work with clients ages 18 and up who find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stressors, family conflict, and self esteem concerns.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an individualized approach when it comes to therapy as everyone responds differently to treatment. My main approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma informed counseling, and motivational interviewing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am there to focus and support you on whatever life throws your way! You don't have to do it alone. I know it can be a bit anxiety provoking and that's okay! I always start by asking what it is that is going on in your life and what you are hoping to gain. This is a 100% judgement free zone where my only goal is to help and support you.
