Greetings! :) I’m Ryli and I work with individuals and couples utilizing an eclectic blend of therapeutic models including psychodynamic, cognitive, existential, attachment-based, grief, and trauma-informed therapies. My expertise as an LCSW is in providing grief counseling, death/dying support, coping through life transitions, relationship support, depression/anxiety, self-esteem issues, and purpose cultivation. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. How I can help: My approach to care is focused on the therapeutic alliance and connection. I believe that everyone has the capacity to adapt, grow, and heal, but only with the proper support. We all have unique abilities and strengths that are crucial to our resilience, and I am passionate about helping individuals cultivate that strength. Authentic connection and building a solid therapeutic foundation is essential to the growth process, so it will be important in our work for individuals and/or couples to be prepared, committed to, and ready for change.
