“I don't even know where to start. It took me so long to write this review because I wasn't sure exactly how to put into words what an absolute amazing therapist Saba is that would come close to scratching the surface and doing her justice. I have been seeing her for about four months now and I truly feel like I've found my perfect therapist and I could not be more grateful for her. For context, I saw a different therapist years back and while my previous one was good, I didn't know what I was missing in therapy until I met Saba. Not only does she let you talk and make you feel genuinely heard and understood, but she actually cares. She somehow always manages to follow and engage in all the MANY issues I've brought to her, with honest and genuine intentional responses that have helped guide me for the better. She incorporates beneficial tools and practices in and outside of session so it makes therapy & life feel more streamlined and effective! Needless to say, highly recommend!”

Great therapist, A+. Compassionate, great listener and problem solver for my anxiety/depression!
Very, very good therapist for depression! Happy to leave review!

I was stationed in Chicago, Illinois for coast guard a year ago and began seeing Saba as part of getting used to the city. She helped me take steps to make friends, be social, and build a network of support to help me work through anxiety and being overwhelmed from so many new things. Great therapist
Although I'm ending my therapy with Saba due to moving from Chicago, IL, I wanted to say if you're reading this and thinking of booking with her, DO IT. She has been essential in helping me through recovery. I wouldn't be 1/10th of where I am today without her.
Thank you Saba for the years of help with my anxiety and negative self talk. Many therapists in Chicago don't take the time to build relationships. Saba is different. She understood substance abuse and its ugly causes + how to treat it.
I found Saba through my former therapist in Chicago, Illinois. She was the first to suggest that my anxiety might actually come from my relationship with my mother rather than just something I was born with. Working from the POV was life changing and has helped me improve on all fronts of my life.
When I moved from Cincinnati to Chicago I had trouble adjusting in high school, became depressed and anxious having trouble making friends and going to class. Though I no longer see her, doing therapy with Saba was helpful making me a new person. The lessons I took away made me confident enough to make real connections with others.
Saba creates a warm and supportive space where it’s easy to open up (for me and my family!) . She listens closely, offers practical feedback, and even brings in creativity to help make progress feel real. She’s been a huge help with stress, anxiety, and family challenges...I highly recommend her!
Saba has helped me deal with anxiety and depression while in school. I moved to Chicago 8 months ago and have had a hard time adjusting into a new crowd. Working with her has helped me gain lots more confidence to make friends and try new things.
