As a first-generation Muslim-Pakistani, I have personally witnessed the transformative power of therapy for my clients and for myself. I truly believe that with the right support, you can break old cycles, create new patterns, and move toward a more hopeful future.In our work together, my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. I draw from a strengths-based perspective and integrate solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered approaches. Most of my experience is with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges.
