I am a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, burnout, and life transitions, as well as the feeling of being overwhelmed even when life appears “put together” on the outside. Many of my clients are used to pushing through and showing up for others, while quietly dealing with stress, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
