I am licensed in Florida with 5 years of professional experience. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, as well as an Associate’s degree from Miami Dade College. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, substance abuse, and intimacy-related concerns. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I believe that the theraputic relationship is the most important part of the theraputic process. While I am an experienced therapist, I have tons of experience sitting on the couch as a client, so be rest assured that the courage and issues that brings you to therapy will be handled with the utmost understanding, care and empathy. The goal will always be to get you to the core truth of who you are while walking through the challenges that life has brought you.
