Welcome! My name is Sabrina, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Albany State University. What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among other approaches. Paired with a warm and caring, personalized approach, I help you turn challenges into opportunities for growth. Everyone has their own unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Focusing on your strengths, we will tackle your life stressors as partners in your therapeutic journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start with an introductory session where you can help me understand your unique story. I will help you with developing your own personalized goals that you seek to achieve with therapy. I strive to provide a warm and safe space that allows to you feel comfortable with sharing your story. Then we will work together, in the following sessions, to help you work towards achieving those goals.
