What should a new client know about working with you?

"What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend the majority of our time talking about what's led you to seek out therapy, and me getting to know you! The first session is about building a therapeutic relationship and setting expectations for the goals of future sessions. Everyone is different and I aim to learn more about you to create an individualized and helpful plan moving forward. I work with clients to create healthy habits that promote their own values and beliefs. My approach to wellness is finding the balance between self-care and responsibilities. I work to help clients hold space for both and reframe taking care of one's self as productivity so that we may have more energy and ability to manage whatever else life throws at us."

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
