“Sabrina has been supporting me for years with lots of big changes. I was bullied in high school and she helped me process those experiences. She then was with me through college where I made really good friends, figured out my sexuality, and started dating my girlfriend. It's been helpful to have someone I can check-in with who can gently challenge me to grow throughout adulthood. Before therapy I thought you had to be in crisis to get support, but now I know that it's helpful to have before hitting a crisis too. Now we check-in whenever I need it and I have someone to talk to who gets me.”

I believe in fostering genuine growth by encouraging you to explore uncomfortable truths in a safe and non-judgmental space. We will focus on developing practical coping tools to regulate your nervous system, strengthen boundaries, and cultivate self-compassion. This ensures a comprehensive and personalized healing journey that addresses your unique needs and goals. I am committed to empowering you to reconnect with your authentic self and build a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together begins by creating a safe, confidential, and collaborative space where you feel truly heard and understood. In our initial sessions, we will explore the root causes of your anxiety, stress, or disconnection, examining how past experiences and current life roles impact your well-being. Whether you are a college student navigating identity, a young adult facing career pressures, or a nurturing mom feeling lost, our sessions are always tailored to your individual needs. My process integrates various evidence-based and holistic approaches. We will utilize somatic techniques to release stored tension and promote emotional regulation, alongside talk therapy to process thoughts and feelings. My goal is to equip you with effective tools and insights, guiding you towards profound self-discovery and lasting positive change, so you can live the life you truly desire.

Wonderful therapist who is gentle, yet direct. I highly recommend booking a session with her if you are looking for support.
Sabrina has been supporting me for years with lots of big changes. I was bullied in high school and she helped me process those experiences. It's been helpful to have someone I can check-in with who can gently challenge me to grow throughout adulthood. Great therapist! We've worked on setting boundaries, communication in my marriage, improving friendships, and changing career paths.
Sabrina helped me navigate motherhood in a time where I was having trouble balancing the demands of being a mom to a toddler and newborn. She helped me figure out what type of mom I wanted to be and make decisions from that place rather than a place of anxiety. I now have a group of friends who I've consciously chosen and who I feel supported by as a mom and as my own person. I've also learned how to communicate more in my relationship and better my marriage.
I'm in my 20s and going through a lot of life changes with college, friends, and dating. Sabrina has been great at supporting me through these ups and downs. I highly recommend her as a therapist.
Sabrina was very helpful in teaching me coping strategies. I get overwhelmed with emotions a lot of times and have trouble calming down. She was able to help me try different tools to see what worked best for me and explained that everyone is different. I always wondered why meditation where you are silent doesn't work for me and she taught me that there are other ways to meditate like guided or story meditations that seem to work better for me. I also learned breathing techniques and she helped me reframe my thoughts.
When I first started therapy I was anxious in my marriage and in my role as a mom. Sabrina helped me find what made ME happy again. I used to think taking time for myself was selfish, but now I prioritize self-care because it helps me show up better in all areas of my life. I learned how to better communicate with my husband, self- regulate when taking care of my kids, and set boundaries to help protect my peace. Last week I dropped off two kids at two different schools, all while taking care of my baby and it felt like a breeze. Consistent support from Sabrina has completely shifted my life and the way I show up everyday. She was empathetic, helped me dive deeper into my own childhood, and gave me the tools I needed to be the best mom, wife, and person I can be.
I've had several sessions with Sabrina and she is great at helping me understand my emotions and how to deal with being a highly sensitive person. If you find yourself getting easily overwhelmed with life then I definitely recommend reaching out to her.
Sabrina is an absolute lovely human and amazing therapist. We have been working together for about 2 years, and the improvements I have made in that time are life changing. As a woman in my early 20's, Sabrina helped guide me through big transitions like graduating college, family troubles, exploring my sexuality, and unpacking disordered eating patterns of my past. Sabrina has helped me become a person who is more confident, self-aware, communicative, and effective. She is very intelligent and current, incorporating meditation and visualization exercises into her sessions (if I agreed, of corse!). She is quick at sniffing out a BS answer while still being compassionate and allowing you to get to the conclusion on your own. She is also a funny and relatable person who just makes it so easy to open up to. I have the utmost appreciation and respect for her, and highly encourage others to trust her with their journey.
I really appreciate how kind and empathetic Sabrina is! She has such a calm and understanding presence that makes it easy to open up. I always leave our sessions feeling like I’ve gained practical tools that I can actually use in my daily life, which has been so helpful. I’m really grateful to have someone who genuinely listens and supports me!
Sabrina is empathic, understanding and very easy to talk to, not only making you feel safe but seen and heard. She is insightful and has really helped me with relationship struggles and self growth. Im in my early 20’s and needed a constant in my ever changing life. She is that constant. I couldn’t recommend a better therapist. Thankyou for being the change we wish to see in the world.
