Most relevant

I scheduled an appointment with this provider on 9/11 at 5:35pm. The provider then rescheduled the appointment to 6pm without confirming with me if that was ok. Then, when I logged on for my video visit at 6pm I received a notification that my appointment wasn’t that day and that it was scheduled for 9/12 at 3pm. The second change was never communicated to me in any way and I absolutely did not approve the second change either, as I was completely unavailable for an appointment on that day and never indicated that I was available. I decided to seek an appointment with a different provider, as this level of disorganization and lack of communication was unacceptable.
