My name is Sabrina and I am a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor. I work collaboratively with clients to explore emotional and behavioral patterns, helping them gain clarity, perspective, and tools to navigate life’s challenges. I support adults ages 18+ through life transitions, emotional regulation, family and relationship challenges, loneliness, trauma, substance use, and grief processing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach draws from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. Together, we can explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may continue to shape the present, while also developing practical tools to navigate everyday challenges. Along the way, we can explore mindfulness and coping strategies to foster a greater sense of grounding and support, while making space to work through uncertainty, build confidence, and move toward meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Reaching out for help can be difficult, and taking that first step can often feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can fully experience and express your emotions without fear of judgment. Together, we can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, creating space to better understand your experiences, navigate life's challenges, and work toward meaningful growth. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy, sometimes simply having a space to be heard can be an important place to start. I look forward to walking alongside you on your therapeutic journey.
