I'm an experienced, compassionate social worker, who specializes in helping others to be their best selves, and to find hope. Each person is on their own journey, and I want to be able to help assist people who are struggling to reach their goals. I greatly value the importance of relationships and feeling connected, so I try to help others find the connections in their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use evidenced based therapies, including CBT and DBT. I specialize in working with clients with depression, anxiety, and substance use. I like to get to truly know my clients, and to have an understanding of their life experiences, what is important to them, and what their goals may be. This way, we can work together to begin to reach those goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will work together through talk therapy to help you achieve your goals, and what you are looking for. You will be able to share and talk about your experiences in a warm and open environment, and you will have an opportunity to grow within the safe space that we create together.
