Getting to know Dr. Sabrina Pasparage-Polischak
As a licensed psychologist, I have a strong foundation in psychological assessments and therapeutic care. I bring a deeply compassionate and practical approach to supporting my clients through life's challenges. My therapeutic work is rooted in integrative modalities, drawing from CBT, ERP, mindfulness-based interventions, and solution focused techniques. I tailor my approach based on each client's unique needs and is personal to each individual. I work with younger adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, pet loss and grief, substance abuse, career counseling, health and sports psychology, and personality disorders. In therapy I create a space that is both safe and human. I show up authentically- warm, honest, with some humor when it fits and always I am fully present. I see therapy as a collaborative process. We will work together to explore patterns, build insight, and create practical steps towards the life that you want. When I am not working, you will find me in the gym lifting weights, spending time with my 4 Pomeranians, or crafting at my home. I deeply value the importance of being authentic, connecting with others, and learning to embrace change. Whether you are here for healing, support, or clarity I would be honored to walk that path with you.
