Sabrina earned her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, graduating summa cum laude, and has over a decade of experience in addiction and mental health recovery. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationships, self-worth, parenting, recovery, and life transitions. Sabrina brings warmth, authenticity, and a down-to-earth approach to every session.

Sabrina begins by getting to know your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. Together, you'll create an individualized plan that reflects your unique needs and strengths.
Drawing from DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sabrina combines practical tools with deeper self-exploration to support lasting growth.
