Getting to know Sabrina Shupe

My name is Sabrina--and I'm so glad you're here. I'm a veteran, a therapist, and an animal lover at heart. Before starting with sondermind, I had the privilege of working with a local community mental health agency and as part of a tri-county Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). These experiences allowed me to support individuals from all walks of life, including refugees, members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and those living with complex mental health challenges such as trauma, ADHD, and personality disorders. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches--including psychotherapy, emotionally focused therapy, and behavioral therapy--to meet each person's unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where healing, growth, and connection can begin.
