Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, anxious, or simply unsure of what's next, I'm here to walk alongside you. My goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, seen, and supported - especially during the moments that feel most uncertain or heavy. I work with adults, couples, and families who are navigating a variety of life challenges, including trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions, cultural identity stress, and struggles with self-worth. Many of my clients are high-functioning, but internally unfulfilled. I also specialize in couples therapy for multicultural and LGBTQ+. My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative, down-to-earth, and affirming. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we will explore what's working and what's not, unpack patterns that no longer serve you, and build tools to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence. I draw from evidence-based practices including trauma therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and attachment-based approaches. I also work through a multicultural and LGBTQ+ affirming lens - because I know how important it is to feel like your therapist gets it when it comes to your identity, your family system, and the communities you move through. As a therapist, I bring both my clinical training and my lived experiences into the room. I'm especially passionate about working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, immigrants, first and second generation adults, and those navigating intergenerational expectations or identity conflict.
