In her private life, Sachie is a native Japanese who came to the United States driven by her passion for Dolphin Assisted Therapy for Autism. Although her path has shifted somewhat, she hopes to return to it one day. She is a wife and mother of three children, two miniature dachshunds, and two cats. She enjoys coffee and sushi, watching Netflix on her couch, oceans, and traveling.
