Getting to know Sadie Lipman

We each carry wounds from early experiences that shape us. As adults, we often unconsciously recreate these wounds, seeking control and hoping for a better outcome. In my work with clients, we begin by mapping these unconscious cycles, identifying ways to enact change, and addressing any obstacles that arise. Hi, my name is Sadie, and I am a licensed counselor. I earned my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy, from the University of South Florida. Whether you are facing trauma, grief, generational wounds, depression, or anxiety, I am here to offer guidance and support every step of the way. In my practice, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, gain insight into your experiences, and develop the tools necessary for growth and healing. I am committed to providing personalized and empathetic care to help you achieve lasting positive change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our initial work together, we will take some time to explore your history and the presenting difficulties you are experiencing. I want to first and foremost encourage a safe space where you feel heard. I believe in having the foundational structure of a treatment plan to make sure we are using the time in the most effective way possible for YOU! I pride myself on staying up to date with the latest information in my field and can also provide plenty of resources and psychoeducation. I am passionate about decreasing gatekeeping and want to empower my clients with as much information as possible. I provide the roadmap, but you're the one who is in the driver's seat on this journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I cannot recommend Sadie enough. She has completely changed my life. Shes taught me how to process through emotions, to feel empowered, and to step into my best version of myself. She’s incredible at what she does!
Sadie is amazing, I have had therapy before but never had the results I have received from her! The takes the time to learn, make me feel heard, and generate tangible ideas to try and work on each session.
Sadie has been an excellent couple's therapist. She helps us to see each other's perspective and to identify behavior that is helping our relationship and put a spotlight on what is hindering our growth as a couple. I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a supportive and empathetic yet honest and straightforward therapist.
Meeting with Sadie has become my favorite part of the week. She’s an amazing listener, kind, and validating. I feel lucky to have come across her and I look forward to our future sessions.
