Sadie Rojas, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
Hello! My name is Sadie Rojas, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #124083). I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from California Baptist University. My approach to therapy is to listen and create a judgment-free space for you to heal or grow, leading to a life of happiness and good health. My approach While I can have a more eclectic style, my foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT challenges thought patterns that impact emotions and behaviors, helping individuals develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. My focus I primarily work with individuals aged 13 and up, as well as couples and families. My communication style I strive to create a comfortable space where clients know they will not be met with judgment. Ultimately, I want my clients to feel safe, heard, and comforted so I can guide them toward growth and healing. My journey to mental healthcare While it may seem cliché, my reason for becoming a therapist stems from a genuine passion for helping others. Everyone experiences pain, trials, and tribulations, and I want others to know they don't have to face those journeys alone. My goals for you I collaborate with clients to set goals that feel hopeful and achievable-not overwhelming or daunting. My first session with you During the first session, I use the time to gain insight and clarification about the reasons you've sought support. I also hope this space allows you to get a sense of my approach and decide if we can build a strong rapport together.
