I have a proven track record of working effectively with diverse client populations and addressing a wide range of clinical concerns, including dual diagnosis, psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, at-risk teens, domestic violence victims, parent/child relationships, grief and loss, and multi-stressed families.
In addition, I offer marriage and pre-marriage counseling, faith-based counseling, and psychoeducational support. My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative. I work with clients to improve relationship issues, communication skills, rebuilding trust, intimacy-related concerns, family conflicts, forgiveness, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I am passionate about building positive and productive relationships with clients in order to effectively support their counseling needs and promote holistic wellness. I believe in treating every individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My treatment approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I tailor each session and treatment plan to meet the unique and specific needs of every client.
