What should a new client know about working with you?

My integrative approach to therapy incorporates client’s strengths and utilizes evidence-based interventions to meet clients goals. I specialize in working with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety and depression, trauma, low self-esteem, dissatisfaction in relationships and multicultural issues. I also have experience working with women experiencing peri and post natal issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect a warm and safe space to share as well as someone in their corner to work through their hardest challenges
