I hold a Doctor of Social Work degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. With more than 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and their parents, I offer a relaxed, compassionate, and welcoming style of therapy to support you on your journey toward feeling better. I am deeply committed to providing quality care in an empathetic and supportive space. Together, we will draw from various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction interventions to help you build resilience and find meaningful pathways to healing.

This is your space! I'm interested in knowing how we can facilitate the process of you feeling better. In session you ALWAYS have the freedom of bringing what would you like to focus on that particular day. Nevertheless, I will have a specific plan for us and we will meet somewhere in the middle. Flexibility is key.
