What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect a supportive and empathetic partnership. My goal is to guide and support you through challenges while helping you recognize and build upon your existing strengths. I specialize in working with individuals with trauma, couples, and women/postpartum issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I know life can feel overwhelming, and it may be difficult to know where to start, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to listen, support, and help you build resilience. Together, we can create a path toward healing and growth. In your first session we will explore your history, present stressors, and goals for therapy. Using a holistic approach, we will then begin to progress toward those goals while fostering a space of resilience and growth.
