I utilize Buddhist psychology ( acceptance and surrender to what is) including the benefit of meditation and mindfulness. I am EMDR trained and if you have trauma I will help you let go of some of these painful memories. I will help you with finding purpose and meaning in your life, helping build your self esteem so you feel better about yourself and have more desire to go forward living life as the best version of yourself.
